After many years of working with bands and record labels on a freelance basis I decided it was time to fill a much needed gap in the market. I decided to create Design For Bands as a hobby and co-venture with my good friend and award winning photographer Craig Thomas.
Design For Bands is an affordable all service creative agency specifically for bands, artists, musicians and other music industry based businesses. Having been in a number of bands myself over the years I already had a good idea of the look and feel I was aiming for and how I wanted to portray the company. I’m a big fan of negative space logo marks and decided I would create the brands image based around a guitar pick as our target audience would be predominantly guitar driven rock bands.
